I got interviewed by the head of design department which is a really positive and reasonalbe thing than beeing interviewed by an HR person. That's why it was more human because we talked about our professions. The con might be that this person was a introverted personality (what is ok), but the talking was a little bit slow and neutral. I would be more satisfied if he would ask me more question about myself (in this interviewed situation sometimes people block or forget to say anything about personal life and hobbys) even though we talked more about the working culture and the design department.
