The first step after my application was moved forward was to respond to a series of interview questions using their online video process. I was given a chance to practice recording my answers to test questions and there was plenty of advice to help present myself the best on camera. The next step was to complete a personality experiment that was easy and turned out later to be more accurate than I expected when the results were explained later. There was also a cognitive test that is designed to be a challenge for most applicants but it did not feel like there was a lot of pressure. The first live video interview was with the direct manager and the second was with his boss. The final interview was a panel comprised of a peer in the same role and the two individuals I talked with previously. I was provided a detailed set of instructions prior to the panel interview that gave me the information needed to present a technical solution based on an example customer with specific business objectives and IT goals. I presented my solution and answered questions. The second half of the panel interview was a 30-60-90 day plan that I was asked to prepare to describe how I would approach my new role and responsibilities with vCom Solutions. There was also a full call dedicated to reviewing the benefits package and offer letter.
