First I had a phone screening interview with the receptionist/admin. Then they e-mailed me something called the PI survey. I was then invited to come in for interviews. When I came in, I was put into a small office and given a laptop. I was asked to sort some data (simple Excel exercise) and to correct/create a writing sample. Then the HR director interviewed me. She asked questions like what are my strengths and weaknesses, what do I want in a company, what do I want in a boss, how do I like to interact with people, etc. Then I interviewed with the COO. His questions were interesting and thought-provoking, such as what 5 qualities would I be looking for if I were the manager hiring for this position.
