The HR team doesn't seem to care about time and efforts of a candidate. My first interview was telephonic which was scheduled the same day. Got questions about Ad operations, budget handling and optimisations, attribution. Went well. The second round was with Digital marketing head, similar questions, wanted to understand learning capabilities. Went well. Third round with VP of Digital Marketing. Short interview. Similar discussions about optimisations. Went decently well. He said there will be another round before other discussions. The HR never got back on this. Not even with a No. Tried reaching out to her over mails and calls. No reply for over a month.

Interview process is smooth. Environment of office is good. They make you feel comfortable. There are 3 rounds of interview and all the discussion goes smooth. Waiting time is minimal.
