Applied online then received a HackerRank coding challenge within a couple of days. Passed all test cases on the single question (took all of the available time) and received an interview invitation within the next few days. The interviewers were very genuine and nice. They asked some questions about myself and then we went through a coding question together. They were very lenient and helpful as I hadn't worked with C# in a while. Got a tour of the office as well and they said that the recruiter would be in touch shortly. Afterwards talked with the recruiter and he said that the interview went very well and that they were still making decisions on some upper level positions before being able to get back to me. Then about two weeks received a rejection email.
