1st Interview - Phone - Company Recruiter sets up a call to discuss the job details, the company description and they will measure the candidate if they are indeed the right match for the position. My phone interview was over an hr long and it was very detailed. After 2 days, I was scheduled for an on-site interview with the dept. manager
The on-site interview was HORRIBLE. The manager was 15 min late. He did not have a designated room allocated for the interview. While walking into the building, he goes "I guess this room will do". He just basically went over my resume. Nothing related to the job position was discussed. He never went over, offered to explain or show any of the products the company was involved in or what my position would be involved with. In the middle of the interview, about 4 people walked into the room and walked back out. As I said, the manager had NEVER reserved the room for an interview. About 3/4 into the interview, the manager goes "we have 8 min left, they are having a meeting in here". We never truly finished the interview, I never had the chance to ask him any questions and we never went over the actual nature of the job. At the end he never walked me out, or never mentioned, Thank you and we will be in touch. This was the WORST interview I've had with upper management. I do not recommend interviewing with the GM at ThyssenKrupp in Ft Worth.

I applied online and about a few weeks later a corporate recruiter reached out . It was a quick call that went over basic experience and salary requirements (I was asking for the max budgeted and the recruiter mentioned she didn't think I would get my asking offer). A week or so later, I had a phone interview with the hiring mgr. It was a great 30 minute conversation. I followed up with the recruiter twice or so. She only responded once and mentioned they will get back to me. I never heard back afterwards. I saw few months later the job was reposted online.

Standard Ablauf. Die Gespräche waren nett und auf Augenhöhe. Jedoch war die Kommunikation etwas unprofessional und daher nicht unbedingt wertschätzend für den Bewerber. Feedback gab es leider auf Rückfragen nicht.
