I attended a scheduled interview, the interview was fine and the questions were normal but, the offer wasn't good at all. Additionally, the interviewer lacked proficiency while speaking and asking questions.

Entrevista
Initially there has been a half an hour phone call with head of sales. Next step has been an invitation for an interview meeting with head of sales and head of service. Final meeting has been just with head of service and just in reference to feedback and salary negotiations.
