It was great! The woman who interviewed me was very collaborative. She actually gave me the kindest, most encouraging rejection email ever. The edit test, however, was a bit extensive and I'm of the belief that you should pay people for completing edit tests, especially since they legally can use your edit test even if you don't make it to the next round.

Entrevista
Had an initial call with what seemed to be a friendly recruiter. Recruiter even highlighted that “most candidates are not familiar with the product”, which I made clear I was (have been on their newsletter for 3+ years).
Recruiter then said how they’re growing but want to offer a kind and more accommodating environment for their employees.
The recruiter then made promises they never kept, proceeded to ghost me in my attempts of getting in touch with them, and then I got an impersonal, very cretin automatic reply with a denial for a following interview.
I felt led on and deceived.
