I had four interviews before being offered the job at APPrise Mobile. The first interview was the typical "get to know you" phone interview and on that call, Doug, the COO asked me to come in for an in-person interview. I first met with Doug in person for about an hour then was asked to come back for another interview with my direct manager. A week after that interview I was asked to come in again to meet some more members of the team and for a little more in-depth look at the product. This interview was what make me 100% sure I wanted to work here.
