I wish every company's recruiting/interviewing process was managed like that at the LEGO Group. In the very first call, the recruiter explained exactly what to expect from the process. In-between interviews, she communicated via email to answer any questions and to keep me updated on the process. If the interview process indicates anything about the LEGO Group as a whole, I'll be very content during my time here.
