3rd- in advance prepared case study-presented for 20-30 min, followed by one hour of conversation and Q&A

I had a first and second round interview, all done over Microsoft Teams. The recruitment manager was super communicative along the way, and was always quick to reply. Conversations were fairly informal and friendly, and I was informed of what the next step would be should I be selected.
