Initial interview with HR, followed by a briefing and a project to be done. If accepted you participate in a workshop in person at Billund. After that you normally get an answer in a couple of weeks.
In my case was particularly long with long (1 year since first contact to start working) with some gaps of waiting, because of vacation and other reasons.

Thorough 3 round interview. Starts with check with HR, second round is which designers who already do the job. Last interview mainly consist of presentation of given problem. It was lengthy but great experience after all.

An initial phone call from a recruiter to assess fit for the role and alignment with company ethos followed by a Zoom interview. The structure felt a bit clunky and I had to ask many questions to be told basic information regarding the framework of the recruitment process.
