The LEGO recruitment process is relatively long. Even though the long time span is tiring, I found it allowed both parties (employer and employee) to get a good sense of one another - increasing the chances of a successful collaboration for all parties involved.

Entrevista
First I had an interview with recruiter Andrea, where she actually told me, that I was not qualified for the position, resulting in us ending the meeting after only about 10 minutes. Later the same day she called me after having talked to the manager of the team (Steffen Isgren) that they had changed their minds and actually wanted to give me a chance on the Case Interview the following week.
In the case interview I presented my case in a teams meeting for Steffen and external expert Janus from Component 2.0 and that went really well (as the lego recruiter (forgot her name) emailed me; "You aced your last interview, and we would love to see you again.)
Then I had my final in person interview in the Campus building the following week and heard back friday that same week, that I had gotten the job!!!! Wuhu

A really nice experience. Three great interviews were planned. The person in charge asked competent questions in a nice way, making it easy to relax and answer. Even though the first two interviews were on teams, it worked really well.
