The recruiter and I had a 30-minute phone conversation, then she passed my information along to the hiring manager. A few weeks later, I had a panel interview with my future colleagues. About a week later was the final panel interview with the hiring manager, and senior management. Throughout the entire interview, the recruiter kept me informed about my interview status and next steps. The interview process reflects how wonderful and sincere the LEGO company culture truly is.
