They were agile, it was 4 days prior to end of month. I mentioned that I had different offer, which they understood as I need to take a decision by the end of month, so they managed to do their entire process for 4 days, code challenge, second interview, talk with PO.
And on Friday afternoon they gave me an offer, for a corporation this was fairly impressive!

one round of HR (around lego, your experience just normail stuffs), take home assignment - code exercise , discussion around the assignement, then team fit with three people, overrall it's good, but no offer.

Short interviews. Focused on cultural fit. Tests related to ability to perform job description and personality, and peer interviews to get to see if you would work well with those people

Entrevista
Half an hour interview with a very nice recuiter (that was engineer previously, so we could go into deeper disscations).
Then technical interview where we discussed my background. Again nice people with positive attitude.
Then home task that I've been told should take no more than 8 hours :), tbh, I consider to quit the process :o
Then last interview is the toughest one, where I presented my presentation on the solution of the home task, and was being questioned about it.
All along the way all the people I met were very nice, with positive attitude.
