I had 3 interviews. The first one was with the Talent Consultant, the second with the department manager and the 3th with the Talent Consultant, the department manager and other 2 employees from the department. The whole process was smooth and clear. They told me all the milestones and everything happened as planned.

i was firstly contacted on LinkedIN by a LEGo-recruiter. The first two interviews was performed by the recruiter. The third and fourth interview where with the hiring manager and some colleagues. All interviews where done online through MS Teams.
