Phone Screening with HR consultant in Denmark. Very basic questions. I was rejected to move forward in the process. Not sure why as my background is a perfect fit and it’s a lateral move. Maybe I have TOO much experience AKA “you’re too old”. Not happy this 20 something has this kind of power. I was told they were moving forward with other candidates yet I see they just reposted the job so I guess that didn’t work out for them. I reached out to hiring manager directly and she responded with an odd thumbs up emoji. not sure I want to relocate to the middle of nowhere Connecticut anyway. I’ll bide my time where I am.
