After given a written letter for the Metrology Engineer position, I was called in for a virtual meeting. At first it was with a recruiter. Second meeting was with the department chief and his colleague, also virtual on Teams. Was a nice meeting and we had a good dialogue. Third and in my case also last meeting, was with 4 LEGO people. At first it was a "bit much" but they gave a good introduction, so fast it was fine (also two of them I already had spoken to in first and second meeting). Afterwards I was lucky to get an offer letter, which I accepted. I think the process was good, and all the way through, the information given was good.
