HR was very supportive and the whole process took 3-4 weeks. It was positive. first HR round asking general questions about experience and expectations. second respective team member have an informal but could be slightly technical interview. third technical challenge which is through github where LEGO would give a problem statement, here they were very clear and concise about what they wanted and it was very straight forward. then final round discussion with team members
