I didn't know what to expect in the interview process so I had an open mind. I felt that there was a good range of different people involved in the interview process. I was impressed by how by my manager listened a lot to their colleagues and there was humour and debate in the interview process as well as more serious preparation on the topics we would cover. It was a diverse and welcoming, human experience. Even if I had not been successful, I would have rated the interview as a really excellent learning and enjoyable experience!
