It started long before LEGO contacted me. Early summer 2020 I sent 2 applications with out any interview response. I saw an other job where I could have played a different role, but as there were no contact person in the job opening, no phone number to reach H&R department, I gave up. I landed another job at Bang & Olufsen and started to work there. Exactly one month after starting at B&O, LEGO approached me via LinkedIn. I was asked to put my CV in the system, but was actually still available on the website. The actual interviews rolled along for a month or so, ending up in receiving a contract.
