As the hiring process happened during Covid & lockdown, I had a phone screening with HR first and a few days later a 1.5 hour interview with the hiring manager, a peer and HR. As it went very well, I received an offer the next day.

The interview process consisted of three distinct rounds: an initial phone screening, a technical interview, and a final round where I prepared and presented a case study to senior leadership. Each stage was well-organized, fostering meaningful discussions that clarified the company’s vision and expectations. Throughout the process, the Talent Acquisition rep provided concise updates, ensuring clear communication and a smooth experience at every step.
