You will receive a phone interview first. Then you will get a questionnaire of questions to be answered. You will then do a prescreen of how you would handle someone that requests information over the phone for a future trip. Finally you will get the actual one one one interview. They don't contact you to let you know whether you got the job or not after making you make several runs. Really unprofessional given the amount of time spent on this process with no responses.

Waste of time. Basically asked me the same questions over and over on phone and face to face. They seemed more interested about previous company i worked for instead of my 20 years of experience in the travel industry. They never got back to me after 2 long interviews. Sent them an email regarding the status. Never received a reply. It's ok because i found something better anyway. From what i hear now, they pay very low and not enough man power to cover the calls.
