The initial invitation to a HR call and the initial call itself were good. The HR person was very friendly and personable. I also really liked that they sent out transparent information regarding the interview & hiring process in the invitation email. Therefore you knew what to expect. I didn't like that they took a bit longer to get back than they initially indicated. But I understand that things can come up. Overall, I had a positive experience interacting with them, even if it didn't proceed beyond this first call.
