we scheduled a 30 minutes phone interview the interviewer had an attitude and called 10 minutes late asked about my work experience and told me to talk about a previous project that I worked on then he asked some java and spring questions but the scheduled time ended so he asked if we can have few more minutes to talk later, he called 30 minutes late and asked me about 20 minutes more with questions that needed paper and code to explain (like screen interview but on phone while he was driving) not professional and after few days I got an email saying I'm not a good fit which is fine but the process was awful

I took a home exam which was pretty decent. After that, 2 technical interviews (about past projects I worked on). Then I had an HR interview, and when I thought the process is over - I had another technical interview! I didn't get an offer - and they told me that via email...
