I submitted my CV and was progressed to an unusual screening round of three automated questions - all of which apparently need to be answered 'yes' or else you fail to progress to next round of assesments.
I truthfully answered 'no' when asked if I had Logistics/Transport experience, which would have been immedialtely apparent from my CV had anyone read it. I was then told I did not meet the requirements for the role and thus did not have the opportunity to attempt the next set of assesments. A waste of time for all involved.

Entrevista
An "aptitude" assessment was sent our after I applied. After answering the first 3 questions the test abruptly ended and said "you do not meet the requirements for this job. The only question that I answered no to was years of experience in specific field. I have extensive experience matching the description, but not in the Senior Customer Experience role they wanted. I think they are missing many great applicants by only using this basic online test to find what they deem to be a suitable candidate.
