I had a weird third interview about the project I did. I painted the idea of this project, high level design, talked about technologies, problems, decision etc. But they started to ask me about the concrete algorithms of the services that I can't talk about it. It is the first time when someone asks me something like this in the interview!
As a result HR told me that the feedback was that I didn't know deeply my project. Did they hear about commercial secret? Or about ethics? Non-Disclosure Agreement?
I'm really shocked.

The interview process was swift, as I had already scheduled final interviews with other companies. It consisted of three technical rounds: the first took place in their office with two team leaders, followed by two more interviews over Zoom with managers. The final stage included an HR interview and a conversation with two individuals who provided personal recommendations.
Throughout the process, everyone I interacted with was friendly and professional, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The interview questions primarily focused on understanding my thought process rather than testing knowledge of specific programming languages. One key part of the interview involved discussing a project I worked on, where I had to present and defend my approach.
I also appreciated the company's dog-friendly office environment and their weekly yoga sessions, which reflect a positive and employee-focused culture. The company appears to have strong leadership and reliable investors, which added to my confidence in their long-term vision. The compensation offer was competitive and fair.
