I applied through a recruiter. I gave the first round of remote interview with them & after that they asked me to to do a very big assignment of evaluation, wireframes of 2 screens & visual design of the same within the weekend. I submitted 75% of the assignment. After that they made me wait for 3 weeks to tell me that my assignment was fine but I was not fit for the job as my years of experience was less for leadership role. This was little weird for me as they shouldn't have taken my interview or given an assignment. They wasted my time.
