- Only a few technical questions asked
- I couldn't put my finger on why the interview felt different. But after reading some of the other interviews on glassdoor for nCino, I would agree that it seemed like they were seeing if I would be a cultural fit. I guess I wasn't.

I was interviewed by a diverse group who were down to earth and made me feel like we were having a conversation rather than a stuffy typical interview. The length of the interview was perfect - not too short, not too long. I was nervous but the panel put me at ease very quickly.

Describe a time you faced a difficult situation at a previous employer. How did you feel, how did you react, and did you learn any lessons?
Remote panel interview. Easy to understand. Multiple technology tests and submissions. Very complicated for a low paying job. This was on top of 3x phone screenings. Total time took about 40 hours.

Awesome experience. Took an initial technical assessment, and was notified with an invitation to interview on site a few weeks later. Interview process was very smooth, and they really want you to do well. If you fit with their culture, you will get a position here. They want motivated, and inspired employees. Looking forward to contributing to nCino!
