There was no phone interview, straight away asked me to come to their company for an interview. It was very unprofessional and most of the interviewee's questions were focused around the locations I worked at, rather than the quality of the work I did or what I did. He also went so side tracked that he started talking about religion and the end of the world.. Very unprofessional
