The interview started as introducing ourselves and explaining the job in general. The interviewer was not very interested in the interview process. Although he kept mentioning that he was an extrovert person, he was very disoriented from the whole process and seemed very bored or didn't want to do the interview. He kept swinging right and left on his chair throughout the whole interview and only read the questions out loud from his screen in a very unserious and bored manner which was very disrespectful towards the applicant and a bad representation of the company as a whole. Please educate your HR employees on how to conduct a job interview properly.
