It was a very long and frustrating process. It took them two months to get back to me for the first interview, and the homework assignment they sent was unreasonable — 12 detailed questions that felt more like a final university project. When they finally invited me to an on-site interview, I paid 60 shekels for parking, and they didn’t even offer reimbursement. Overall, the entire interview experience felt very disrespectful.

I was approached by the company and they sounded very positive we had a great chat, I sent over examples of my work and they wrote to me a long time later to say they were stopping the process. there was zero feedback as to why. when I wrote to them politely asking why the process had been stopped they just ignored me, even though when I was in the process they had been super friendly and responded straight away.
