The process was very quick and professional. It took about 2 weeks and had 6 stages -
Introduction phone call with the HR, 3 technical interviews, management interview and HR interview. All interviews were on video.
The whole process was very fun and challenging. As for the tech interviews, I was interviewed by different developers from different teams, and each interview was based on a real problem that they had to solve at monday.com. It was interesting to meet different people from the company and see how pleasant and professional they were. You could really tell they like their job, and the fact you work together on a real relevant problem gives you (and them) the opportunity to imagine how working together would be like. It seems like they care more about they way you think and communicate rather than your exact solution and technical background, and I really appreciate that.
