HR talk with Monday was the weirdest phone call I had for years. Their employee was acting like she didn't understand what are terms like contract work, outsourcing companies, software houses, and even how non-product companies operate. I tried to explain everything openly, but she was still acting like I'm hiding something. It was after the second time I applied, the first one was ghosted. Then I got generic rejection email. Very unpleasant experience.
