HR reached out to me, scheduled a chat with SVP. Discussed company, my previous experiences. They were eager to proceed. Next step was a take-home assignment. They give you 1 week to finish it, estimating about 4 hours of work. The task was to train an ML model on a public ML dataset and create an API to get predictions. A couple weeks after submitting they reached out to say that they are having internal difficulties and it would take them another couple of weeks to get back to me with feedback, but they ultimately didn't.
