Recruiter, 2 person interview then moved me to the presentation "final round". First of all- the presentation interview was supposed to be 1 hr yet they scheduled it for 45 mins- I made it work and explained that I thought it would be 1 hr.. at the time no one said anything. I did the presentation which I worked really hard on- there was no upper management at the panel interview which I thought was strange and it was only UX designers. Seemed like they were only concerned with how you work with UX and side with them. This is NOT the only job of a PRODUCT Manager. I thought that was really weird, all of their questions came off as inexperienced and like they were only hiring a yes man for themselves. They said they would contact me and be in touch and had even emailed me after the interview to say great interview. However, I never heard anything. After 2 weeks I reached out and got ghosted. This is extremely unprofessional and rude behavior. Part of me expected it to be honest because I read other reviews while being in the process with them. The product itself has a lot of potential so I wanted to be open minded. However, this is what they are like. I feel like they just used me for DEI like interviewing racial people or something.
