The interview process only involves Marcus Evans employees trying to pitch how wonderful their company is and how brilliant their model is. Even my interview with the APAC CEO felt like that, was highly uncertain of the quality of work and how it would impact my career so did not accept the offer.

Thank you very much for applying for marcusevans. Our interview process takes place approximately 2-3 weeks as we always want to make sure we hire the best candidate for our company. We want to keep it simple, learn more about the candidate and also make it clear to them what we are looking for.
