The recuriter has zero knowledge about the role and what the person would be selling. She didn't provide any information and then had the audacity to ask "So what made you interested in this role?". Well I'm here because I got a brief message on Linkedin saying I'd be a good fit for an AE role but we can talk more on the phone about the role yet she couldn't answer one question. The follow up question she has is "this role is in office 5 days a week, is that okay with you?" and my follow up question is what office? She proceeds to say she doesn't know but started to google the offices they have and the closest one to me was 5 hours away. I said that is abolutelyy something that should be told up front because it's a waste of everyones time to get on a call with no information or understanding of where this role is. It's clear your recruiter is an off-shore source (no issues there) but with zero training. Do better. Stop wasting your own money and everyone's time.

I interviewed with Marcus Evans for an Account Executive role, and overall the experience was fairly positive and straightforward.
The interview process was relatively fast and structured, typically consisting of multiple rounds. It started with an initial screening call with a recruiter followed by a second interview with their director.
Fast process and very transparent about the package. They are clear about expectations from the beginning. I like howThe interview process was fast and well structured.
