I applied for a position twice in the last year. The first I went and it was a group interview with about 15 other girls. We were all crammed into a little room and had to go around answering questions. It was hard to make yourself stand out. The second I interviewed a few months later, it was a "group" interview, but it was only the me and the manager.

The interview was held in a group interview style (about 12 individuals in total) we went one by one answering questions posed by the interviewer. I found it to be be intimidating because it leads to you actively comparing your answers to the other people also interviewing

I applied online and they will contact you for a group interview. You will be asked for a second interview with the store manager if they like your answers. Overall, the interviews are pretty relaxed and they asks standard questions.
