The interview was via Zoom and you have other candidates on the Zoom chat as well. This was in the beginning of 2022 so maybe this is how interviews are done back then. You're also competing with college aged people, which I am not.

It was a part time position so they wanted to see if your schedule was flexible as weekends were probably a must. They wanted to know how well you would work with the public.

The process was three rounds of interviews and asked insightful questions. The entire process lasted about two weeks. Some of the interviews had multiple people on them and some were just me.

Entrevista
The interview was very relaxed and seemed casual. You can clearly tell you're being evaluated but it wasn't stressful. It was a 1 hour group interview over Zoom with about 7 other people. Everyone was in business casual except for the interviewers who were in Lululemon apparel. They asked simple questions and some were really just fun personal questions about our goals, challenges, etc, as well as some basic behavioral based questions.
