The interview was via zoom due to Covid and was with three girls. It seemed very informal and they were zooming from their bedrooms… questions were incredibly off the wall and unorganized. It seemed catty and I knew 5 minutes into the interview they weren’t interested in me.

The interview process was casual, relax and fun. That makes me have a good image of Lulu lemon.
But I think the question is quite difficult.Its not easy to handle.
Brilliant company, welcoming staff and great interview. The approach by them is very natural and you get to know the team well. Would recommend to everyone that wants to work in fashion as it would be great to transfer to head office
