You meet up at 6:30 to go do Yoga and then you have a group interview where they ask you various questions (but they are mostly all about fitness and what you've done in regards to that) They ask you things like "how do you like to sweat" and "what failures have you faced on a team, and how did you pull through as a team/individually" they also ask things like that "what have you done in the past two weeks to keep fit" stuff like that.

Relatively easy interview, focusing more on your personality and working attitude. The staff there are pretty friendly and give you so much positive energy. The whole process was quite enjoyable
iI had a group interview with 8 people. The interviewers were very friendly and it was a very relaxed atmosphere. They asked questions popcorn style and everyone got a chance to answer.

Tell us about a time that you made someone feel included.
Expect 2 group interviews with 6-10 candidates per group. Be prepared to share specific stories regarding conflict resolution, receiving constructive feedback, your favorite coach/boss, your biggest accomplishment, etc. Come dressed to impress with your favorite lululemon outfit and be prepared to sell it!
