iI had a group interview with 8 people. The interviewers were very friendly and it was a very relaxed atmosphere. They asked questions popcorn style and everyone got a chance to answer.

was referred by another employee. That is the best way to get a foot in the door at lululemon. Attend Run Club, Yoga, etc. so that the team knows who you are. lululemon loves when people take ownership for something in the store. Find something you're passionate about, and speak to how you would create or change something for the better.

What's one area of opportunity that you see here in our store?
Expect 2 group interviews with 6-10 candidates per group. Be prepared to share specific stories regarding conflict resolution, receiving constructive feedback, your favorite coach/boss, your biggest accomplishment, etc. Come dressed to impress with your favorite lululemon outfit and be prepared to sell it!
Amazing it was easy not hard and conducted through online platforms easy to access and have good conversation with, need to practice and search up their fabrics beforehand. Must be knowledgable about your own hobbies sports
