Group interview at the store with about 10 others and two employees leading the interview. We sat around a table in a very relaxed and comfortable setting with popcorn style answers and discussion. The interview lasted about an hour and they had us fill out availability sheets at the end and said they would get back in about a week if we were going to move on to the next round of interviews.

Relatively easy interview, focusing more on your personality and working attitude. The staff there are pretty friendly and give you so much positive energy. The whole process was quite enjoyable
iI had a group interview with 8 people. The interviewers were very friendly and it was a very relaxed atmosphere. They asked questions popcorn style and everyone got a chance to answer.

Tell us about a time that you made someone feel included.
Expect 2 group interviews with 6-10 candidates per group. Be prepared to share specific stories regarding conflict resolution, receiving constructive feedback, your favorite coach/boss, your biggest accomplishment, etc. Come dressed to impress with your favorite lululemon outfit and be prepared to sell it!
