First off, applying to Lululemon online is pointless and frustrating. The company uses an outdated and poorly designed third-party system to gather your details. You will then never hear from the their recruiters. In turns out they only reach out to candidates who they handpick. You may even get a call from a recruiter who didn't even know you applied. Don't bother applying if you're good at your job, but if you're good looking, go ahead and apply. LGBT+ candidates should take a pass on Lululemon, there are more respectful and diverse companies out there.

Entrevista
The hiring process at Lululemon took about two months and included five interviews. These interviews involved multiple stages, starting with an initial screening call, followed by in-depth discussions about my skills and experience with the hiring manager, team members, and leadership. The process also included behavioral and situational questions, as well as opportunities to demonstrate my problem-solving and design capabilities. Overall, it was thorough and provided a clear sense of Lululemon’s values and expectations for the role.

The interview process that I went through was quite protracted, taking several months to complete, and it seemed to have been plagued by significant internal miscommunication issues. Eventually, due to changing circumstances, some of the interviews had to be cancelled.
