The reviews are accurate, it's a scam. Lulu will post they're hiring for an assistant manager, if you apply and get invited to a GROUP interview, then you are NOT interviewing for an assistant manager position, you're interviewing for part time sales associate. A REAL AM interview would be 1 on 1 with the district manager, and 9 times out of 10 they hire from within for the AM position as their are many Key Leaders who want to be promoted to AM. Lulu does this shady interview process to get people with experience into an interview and hopes that those people will still want a job after being duped. Most of the time the people applying for the part time sales associates position are people with little to no experience.
I applied for a Key leader position also at a different location, if i get invited to an interview I will immediately decline it. I would never want to work for a company that is dishonest like this.
The questions need to be answered in STAR Method, 4 questions, and come with questions to ask for the interviewer. You are assessed unbiased on how you clearly answer the question through the STAR Method.

Disappointing experience.
After 5 interview rounds and constant reassurance from HR and line manager about my 'strong fit,' the role was given to an internal candidate.
If a company prioritizes internal hires regardless of experience, they shouldn't lead external candidates on with false hope.
The process felt disorganized and disrespectful of my time.
