Applied at their website. Got selected for a first round of interviews. The interview was in group (around 10) and I was a bit nervous and did not perform well. After the process they contacted me telling they would go with other candidates.

I believe there was a phone interview. There was also a group interview involved that you came in person for and they asked questions to the group and you could jump in to answer at any point. Then got request for availability shortly after the interview
