Entrevista
The first interview is a group interview (mine was with two other people). The second interview is with the store manager. And last "interview" is a sweat date.
The group interview is the most formal of them all. The hiring managers ask typical interview questions (strength & weaknesses, past experiences, etc.). The one-on-one interview with the store manager is somewhat conversational.

Entrevista
Relatively easy interview, focusing more on your personality and working attitude. The staff there are pretty friendly and give you so much positive energy. The whole process was quite enjoyable
iI had a group interview with 8 people. The interviewers were very friendly and it was a very relaxed atmosphere. They asked questions popcorn style and everyone got a chance to answer.

Tell us about a time that you made someone feel included.
Expect 2 group interviews with 6-10 candidates per group. Be prepared to share specific stories regarding conflict resolution, receiving constructive feedback, your favorite coach/boss, your biggest accomplishment, etc. Come dressed to impress with your favorite lululemon outfit and be prepared to sell it!
