Entrevista
The group interview was really relaxed and I felt that the interviewer was engaging in conversation with everyone trying to get to know more. They stated that we could popcorn the questions or go in order so each question a different person answered. I got a phone call back to do a 1:1 10 minutes after the group interview. The 1:1 interview ,on the other hand, had two interviewers who looked bored and did not want to be doing interviews. I was at reception when one of the girls came down to get me and I tried engaging in conversation such as "How has your day been?" and her response was "Eh it's alright." She didn't make eye contact or continue with conversation, even if it's a fake conversation it's still something you would do to engage an interviewee. I felt as if they had had their minds made up before the actual 1:1 had started and this was just a formality.
They ask if you were dealing with a difficult customer how would you handle it and tell me about a past experience when you suggested something to a company to make it better

I believe there was a phone interview. There was also a group interview involved that you came in person for and they asked questions to the group and you could jump in to answer at any point. Then got request for availability shortly after the interview
