It was petty chill and easy. It felt like you were having a conversation with friendly strangers. I thought my interview went well, I was honest and open when they asked me more personally questions. I was honest when speaking of my weaknesses and that I didnt know a lot about yoga but I stated that I'm a quick learner and I'm willing to learn. I thought the interview was successful until I got an email stating I didn't get the job. I was disappointed but looking back on it now I never seen someone of colour, who looked like me work at Lululemon. The closest I've seen to diversity is maybe one or two Asians. I've NEVER seen a black person there which is disheartening to say the least. Lululemon is very whitewashed and they should do better at being more diverse. I'm not saying this because I wasn't hired. I've shopped at many Lululemon store locations, even when I'm not buying anything I make a point to go in and see what's new and I NEVER see a person of colour and being that we're in Canada and it's a Canadian company I expect more. It's odd that I've never noticed that before as a customer or maybe I did but it didn't bother me as much until now that I'm looking more into it. If you are a person of colour don't let this post deter you from applying. You'll just have to work 10x harder then your white counterparts, which is nothing your not used to. Just study up on the brand, try to embody everything Lululemon and fact it to you make it. Just do your best that's all you can do!

Relatively easy interview, focusing more on your personality and working attitude. The staff there are pretty friendly and give you so much positive energy. The whole process was quite enjoyable
